Big Difference in a Small World

The Lien Foundation, a philanthropic organisation based in Singapore has just published a study titled 'Big Difference in a Small World'.
"This study aims to determine the factors contributing to early childhood educators’ career satisfaction and retention. A survey of 387 early childhood educators from 128 local child care centres and kindergartens was conducted. The researchers examined factors such as working conditions, career motivations, work experience, management and leadership, and other demographic variables and their relationships to career satisfaction and retention.

One of my paintings, Children in the Field features in this publication.

Your Opinion Needed

A few weeks ago, I posted an image on my blog and on facebook, expecting some sort of reaction that never really materialised, or it did only in part. I am working on a body of work that will ultimately be exhibited in London. Please read below and would greatly appreciate your opinion.
